Kelly Evans, FNP

Kelly Evans, FNP, is a certified family nurse practitioner. She completed her medical training at Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville in Edwardsville, Illinois.

Kelly sees patients of all ages for various primary care needs, including annual wellness exams for children and adults, well-woman exams, gynecology services, depression, anxiety, weight management, and vaccinations. She also provides care for common illnesses, including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, and hypothyroidism.

Kelly chose to specialize in family medicine because she enjoys forming lifelong relationships with families in the community. She takes the time to listen to her patients, providing treatments that consider the whole person.

Kelly is from Troy, Illinois, and continues to live in the area. She is a busy mother of two young children and enjoys hiking, biking, and swimming with her family.
